WP QIN MSB
WP QIN MSB is a fatliquoring polymer especially suitable for waterproofed leathers to be tested with the Bally and Maeser penetrometers. It gives a nice touch and good fullness.
The leather worked with our product has good fastness both to heat and to light. It does not contain organic halogens and does not contribute to AOX in effluents. Free of solvents, APO’s and formaldehyde. Hard water resistant. Compatible with anionic retannants above pH> 4.8. Dry touch enough to be buffed of and finished. It can be applied either after neutralization and in a new bath or in the main fatliquorin process. It must be fixed with metallic salts.
The dose to be added will depend on the degree of softness to be achieved. Tube feel, full feel, which can be combined with our WP QIN MSR to achieve a somewhat softer leather. The fixation will be carried out with formic acid and, after 20-30 minutes, in a new bath, add the metal salt with which we will run another 90-120 minutes.
WP QIN MSR
WP QIN MSR is a greasing polymer especially indicated for waterproofed leathers to be tested with the Maeser penetrometer. It gives a nice touch and good fullness. The leather worked with our product has good fastness both to heat and to light.
It can be applied either after neutralization in a new bath or in the main fatliquoring process. It must be fixed with metallic salts. The fixation will be carried out with formic acid and, after 20-30 minutes, in a new bath, add the metal salt with which we will run another 90-120 minutes.
