Decalqin CE, a chrystalised powder, white, forms easily soluble calcium salts and penetrates fast across pelts, even across the thick and the non split ones. When Decalqin CE is applied in a short time bath, in other words, at the so called dry deliming, it quickly unswells pelt so there is no reason to worry about eventual damages over grain because of mechanical action during the drumming. The water released by the unswelling process sweeps the remains of the keratin substances, so that the pelts result clean and fine grained.

Helpa RDP

Helpa RDP is a product that improves the penetration capacity of retanning and colouring products, allowing that both can do this evenly. This product gives better equalization and distribution on the items. Helpa RDP is easily water-soluble. It also accelerates the penetration of vegetable tanning agents and other anionic products, reducing the astringent action when penetrating into the leather. Due to the neutralization produced at the beginning of the penetration into the leather, before the retanning of chrome tanned leathers, a relaxed and even penetration of the later added retanning and colouring agents is produced. The outcome is a more equalized and intense coloured crust where the neck veins are less marked than with a normal dispersing agent. The product does not noticeably discolour the dyes.

Limeqin MF

Limeqin MF is an auxiliary product for unhairing procedure, free of amines and can be used both for unhairing with total lost of hair and for unhairing with hair recovery. It attacks the prekeratin proteins of the hair, which produces a better extraction both of the hair root and of the belly grain. It reduces the fibre structure tautness, so that the leather will be less swollen and it also permits a better penetration of the rest of the unhairing products.

Limeqin MFO

Useful both for unhairing with hair recovery and for hair destruction. It works on the pre-keratinous proteins by eliminating greasy residuum and rests of hairs, leaving behind a relaxed and smooth fibre. By using this product the swelling caused by the alkali is decreased. It also provides better crossing of the lime and the sulphide through the leather. This improves the penetration regarding the regularity of the products added later.

Neuqin WF

The composition of Neuqin WF contains groups with a big complexing action. This allows to deeply neutralize the chrome tanned leather, moving the acids of the chrome-colagen complexes and buffering the acids that are being extracted. No over-neutralization of the leather is possible. Neuqin WF turns the non-fixed chrome into chrome complexes with tanning action. Neuqin WF does not create precipitation of chrome agents like other alkaline neutralizing agents. This asures the complete lack of chrome stains on the leather. The same way, it reduces the cationic charge of the leather, allowing a softer and evener entrance of the later added anionic products, giving a more equalized effect of the later dyes and more firmness and grain fineness. Its use not only does not bring free formaldehyde to the leather but also decreases noticeably the presence of formaldehyde in case it would be present.

Tanqin ACR

Easily soluble and compatible with acids, salts and chrome tanning agents. If only used for tanning it provides practically white leathers. As the product already contains chrome, it is not nesessary to add further chrome tanning agent, as usually done with aluminium tanning to avoid non desired yellowing. Its application in chrome tanning procedures reduces the chrome content in residual waters obtaining accellerated penetration and better distribution of chrome salt in the leather cut. Gives strength and resistance to the grain and compactness to pelt leather.

It features a good buffing capability, with good heat and light fastnesess. Good filling capability, especially over the parts where grain looseness can become deeper.
