Qinoil 252

Description:
Sulfited oils, natural of marine and synthetic origin.

Chemical nature:
Oxidized sulphited oil.

Characteristical features:
Appearance: Liquid. Character: Anionic. Active substance: 52±1% pH value (1:10): 7.0±1 Color: Brown.

Properties:
For all types of leather that must be soft. Qinoil 252 also provides a round and filled feel. Given its composition, this fatliquor can be used as a single fatliquor. It can be applied during the rechroming, neutralization and greasing processes.

Storage capacity:
The product may be stored with its container tightly closed in a well- ventilated place at a temperature ranging from +5ºC to +35ºC. Sealed containers have a service life of 6 months.

Application:
The amounts to apply will depend both on the final softness of the leather to be treated and on the place where the fatliquor is placed. Normally in the rechroming of thick and firm leathers, between 0.5 and 1.0% is used and in a normal fatliquoring from 2% to 4%.

Safety:
When handling this product the instructions set out in the safety data leaflet must be observed. The relevant safety and precautionary measures for hygiene in the workplace must also be followed when working with chemical products.
