Properties:
The composition of Neuqin WF contains groups with a big complexing action. This allows to deeply neutralize the chrome tanned leather, moving the acids of the chrome-colagen complexes and buffering the acids that are being extracted. No over-neutralization of the leather is possible. Neuqin WF turns the non-fixed chrome into chrome complexes with tanning action. Neuqin WF does not create precipitation of chrome agents like other alkaline neutralizing agents. This asures the complete lack of chrome stains on the leather. The same way, it reduces the cationic charge of the leather, allowing a softer and evener entrance of the later added anionic products, giving a more equalized effect of the later dyes and more firmness and grain fineness. Its use not only does not bring free formaldehyde to the leather but also decreases noticeably the presence of formaldehyde in case it would be present.

Storage capacity:
The product can be stored in its well closed container, in a well ventilated place at temperatures between +5 and +35ºC. In its sealed container it lasts 12 months.

Application:
If Neuqin WF is added previously, it can be combined with other neutralizing agents as formate and/or sodium bicarbonate. No exact quantity of the product to be added can be assured, it depends on the leather and item type that is desired to obtain. Nevertheless the quantities will be around 1 and 3%.

Safety:
When handling this product the instructions set out in the safety data leaflet must be observed. The relevant safety and precautionary measures for hygiene in the workplace must also be followed when working with chemical products.
