Description:
Protector to prevent the formation of Chromium VI.

Chemical nature:
Mixture of organic compounds with reducing activity.

Characteristical features:
Appearance: Liquid. Colour: Bluish. Character: Anionic. pH (10%): 7.0 approx.

Properties:
The product is resistant to electrolytes in common processes and concentrations. As it is an emulsion, it is subject to small variations in color and consistency. These small variations will not influence the application or its technical properties. Its application reduces the risk of formation of chromium VI in a lasting way. Penetrates evenly and deeply into the skin.

Storage capacity:
The product may be stored with its container tightly closed in a well- ventilated place at a temperature ranging from +5ºC to +35ºC. Sealed containers have a service life of 6 months.

Application:
It will be applied together with the main greasing package whose mixture will be emulsified and diluted as usual. The amounts to be applied will be around 0.5% to 0.8% on the weight of the shaved leather. Shake well before use.

Safety:
When handling this product the instructions set out in the safety data leaflet must be observed. The relevant safety and precautionary measures for hygiene in the workplace must also be followed when working with chemical products.
