Description:
Product for leather tanning.

Chemical nature:
Retanning agent for all kinds of hides.

Characteristical features:
Condensation product based on sulphone and aromatic sulphonic acids. Appearance: Pulverish solid. Nature: Anionic. Solids content: approx > 80 %. pH value (1:10): 8,5±1 Colour: Beige.

Properties:
It features a good buffing capability, with good heat and light fastnesess. Good filling capability, especially over the parts where grain looseness can become deeper. It provides the leather with a soft and round touch feel, as well as with a fine pore. We will get shiny and even dyeings. It does not harm the presence of formaldehyde over the hide.

Storage capacity:
The product can be stored well closed in its own container, at a well ventilated place and at temperatures between + 5ºC and +35ºC. Inside its sealed container, it lasts for 6 months.

Application:
Purposed for all kinds of hides. Added either along with the main retanning agents pack or after stuffing, it provides the above mentionned. Quantities to be added vary between 3% and 8 %.

Safety:
When handling this product the instructions set out in the safety data leaflet must be observed. The relevant safety and precautionary measures for hygiene in the workplace must also be followed when working with chemical products.
