Tanqin PRE

Description:

Properties:
The dispersing power of Tanqin PRE allows not only for the filling of products of this nature, but also for this distribution to be homogeneous. What is achieved with this particular effect of the Tanqin PRE? Well, that the filling is so regular throughout the entire skin that when applying the tincture, it is also regular and homogeneous. The improvement in grain firmness will be provided by this product if we place it both together with the retanning packet and after greasing, or even in the greasing packet itself. The versatility of Tanqin PRE forces the tanner to carry out his own tests to analyze at what point in the process it is most convenient to use it according to the requirements that he has. If we refer specifically to the world of suede or suede split leather, whether we place it 30 minutes after adding the neutralizers or before the anionic retanning agents, it will considerably improve the homogeneity in the distribution of the rest of the products, achieving an equalization within of the unusual hype even when we refer to items that include split leathers of different tannages. It is worth mentioning the good sandability of the split leather, leaving a very regular plush and, as we have mentioned, very even, as well as a full split leather with a good touch. Due to the nature of the Tanqin PRE components, it does not add formaldehyde to the skins that are treated with it.

Storage capacity:
The product may be stored with its container tightly closed in a well- ventilated place at a temperature ranging from +5ºC to +35ºC. Sealed containers have a service life of 6 months.

Application:
Due to its chemical nature, it can be used both on split leather and on full grain leathers in any part of the process after the neutralizing. If what we are looking for is firmness, it may be interesting to add it together with the greasing or after it; but also looking for filler we can place it in the retanning package where it will give us dispersing properties even in the neutralized, 30 minutes after applying the neutralizing agents. In the event that we want to obtain the best performance from the product, it is advisable to add it during or after greasing.
