Description:
Water-repellent fatting product.

Chemical nature:
Silicone emulsion with special additives.

Characteristical features:
Appearance: White emulsion. Solid content: 40% ± 2 pH (10%): 6.0 ± 0.5

Properties:
Water-repellent fatliquor for all types of water-repellent articles whose properties must be measured by the Maeser Test, getting very low water absorption values. It has very good fastness to light and heat.

Storage capacity:
The product may be stored with its container tightly closed in a well- ventilated place at a temperature ranging from +5ºC to +35ºC. Sealed containers have a service life of 6 months.

Application:
It is used alone or in combination with our WP QIN O. It is usually used in amounts ranging between 4 and 6% on the weight of the shaved skin. It is also advisable to add a part of the product 20 minutes before adding the metal salt in order to improve the hydrophobic capacity of the skin.

Safety:
When handling this product the instructions set out in the safety data leaflet must be observed. The relevant safety and precautionary measures for hygiene in the workplace must also be followed when working with chemical products.
